Individual Programme
Our online video courses are specifically developed for neurodivergent professionals who want to better understand how their brain works and how to utilise their qualities effectively. With clear explanations, relatable examples, and directly applicable tools, these training sessions offer practical guidance for increased focus, energy, and job satisfaction.
This training is a fully self-paced video course consisting of 30 practical video lessons by Saskia Schepers. The programme offers neurodivergent individuals step by step guidance to better understand and more effectively leverage their uniquely wired brains, both at work and in their private lives. Participants learn how to apply their qualities in a purposeful and sustainable way.
Group Options Available
It is also possible to start as part of a group. In this case, the course is supplemented by three online work sessions in a safe and confidential setting. These sessions provide space for reflection, exchange, and further deepening of the insights gained.
Coaching (Optional)
For extra depth and personal translation to work and home life. This offers more room for reflection and targeted application, complemented by email support between sessions. Individual online coaching sessions are provided by Linsey, an expert in neurodiversity.
