Talent-Lab: collaborating through talent, where every mind thrives

In a rapidly changing world where teams are becoming more diverse and the pressure on collaboration is growing, you want one thing: teams that thrive because people work from their true talent. Not from what they “should be able to do”, but from what they naturally excel at. The AllMindsThrive Talent-Lab makes exactly that possible.

In the Talent-Lab, we work together to deepen your collaboration:

Discover talents

Gain insight into your own and each other's talents.

Value qualities

Learn how to value and utilise each other's talents effectively.

Support each other

Gain insight into each other's lesser strengths and support one another.

The objectives of the Talent-Lab are to (re)connect the team, gain insight into your own and each other’s talents, and strengthen collaboration. Becoming aware of your strengths is essential for making clear choices and naturally applying your talents every day.

Why AllMindsThrive Talent-Lab?

Because we believe that people thrive when they are allowed to be themselves with their own talents, pace, creativity, and unique way of thinking.

Our approach is based on the latest insights from Gallup ⓘ What is Gallup? Gallup is a world-renowned research and advisory firm providing strategic analytics on employee engagement and workplace performance. It is famous for the CliftonStrengths method, which maps employees' talents and strengths for personal and professional growth.

Core Activities: • CliftonStrengths: An assessment identifying 34 talent themes.
• Gallup Q12 Survey: Measures employee engagement and workplace happiness.
• Strategic Advice: Improves performance based on global data and analytics. Source: How Employees' Strengths Make Your Company Stronger ↗
. These insights show that teams become not only happier but also significantly more productive when they consciously collaborate through their talents, including the often untapped power of neurodiverse working styles.

"Teams that work from talent are up to six times more engaged in their work."

Trusted by organisations committed to talent, inclusion, and future-proof teamwork.

Why work from talent?

According to Gallup, people perform significantly better when they can use their strengths every day. Gallup further emphasises that differences in thinking styles, sensory processing, and attention patterns often characteristic of neurodivergent employees are key to innovation, strategic insight, and creativity. The Talent-Lab makes these talents visible, discussable, and actionable, enabling everyone to thrive by working from their natural strengths.

Boost engagement

Teams working from talent experience significantly higher levels of engagement in their work.

Accelerate solutions

By leveraging natural strengths, teams solve problems more efficiently and effectively.

Master complex challenges

Talent-focused teams harness greater creativity when tackling complex issues.

Maximise quality & productivity

Teams perform up to 20–30% better in terms of quality and overall productivity.

What is the Talent-Lab?

An intensive and inspiring programme designed to deepen your team’s collaboration by helping you to:

  • discover your unique talent profile,

  • understand why your brain works the way it does,

  • learn how your talents strengthen team collaboration,

  • and gain shared insight into each other’s strengths and potential pitfalls.

"Your talents are not labels, but signposts. They help you choose the way of working that is right for you."

How does the Talent-Lab work?

The Talent-Lab consists of several carefully structured and tested steps designed to achieve maximum impact. From initial preparation to practical application, every phase contributes to sustainable growth and improved collaboration.

Step 1: Preparation
Your personal talent profile
Each participant completes an online talent assessment beforehand and receives an immediate personal report.
The online assessment forms the basis for a report containing:
  • Your list of talents with an in-depth explanation of your top 10/15.
  • What makes your talents unique, especially within a neurodiverse team.
  • Insight into why you are successful with these specific talents.
  • Concrete actions to apply your talents more consciously.
Recent Gallup research shows that employees who understand how their unique thinking style works – including any neurodivergent elements – experience significantly less stress and perform better. This preparation ensures everyone starts the Talent-Lab from a stronger, more self-aware position.
Step 2: During the Lab
Connection, insight, and growth
Working together to make talents visible, discussable, and actionable.
Step 3: Results
Takeaways for individuals and the team
Practical tools for a team that doesn't just work together, but grows together.

We embrace the wisdom of Gallup:

“People don’t need fixing. They need permission to use what they naturally do best.”

The Talent-Lab provides that permission, that insight, and that boost.
